"She has been so helpful, attentive and professional, I feel blessed. She found me a wonderful medical plan for 2023, after having assisted me in finding my Medicare designation(which had changed from QMB to  SLMB). The plan had a $175 food card, unlimited trips for medical reasons, no co-pays, no Part B premiums from my pocket, dental and vision coverages, etc. An amazing plan using doctor I had for previous 9 years.

This year, in late September, after I received notice from my plan of their upcoming changes for 2024, one of which was reducing the food card from $175 to $150 a month, I immediately called Brandi. We spoke prior to beginning of enrollment period and scheduled a call for  Oct 15. We had a long phone call where she spent a lot of time explaining various plans and finding one that checked all the boxes that were important to me. A plan and primary physician were selected, submitted, and it has subsequently been approved by Medicare. I am already in receipt of my new 2024 I.D. card. I am awaiting the plan's VISA card which will be used for groceries, rent, utilities, etc. The plan she found me was Humana Gold Plus HMO D-SNP. Not only does it have all benefits as prior plan, but the food card is increased to a $250 per month allowance.

Brandi's communication skills are wonderful, she is a careful listener and an instant processor of information. She  produced thee perfect plan for me very quickly. I am so grateful to you Gene for having introduced me to Brandi and I wanted to let you know what a fantastic agent she is and how seamless the transition has been.
